Cold cured hash begins with a meticulous ice water extraction process, where cannabis flower is gently washed with purified ice water to separate the resin glands (trichomes) from the plant material. Because no solvents are used, this method preserves the plant’s natural chemistry and results in a true full-spectrum concentrate. The collected trichomes are then filtered through a series of precision micron screens—45µm, 73µm, and 160µm—to isolate high quality resin heads. After collection, the hash undergoes an extended month’s long cold curing process. This slow cure allows residual moisture to gradually dissipate while the cannabinoids and terpenes mature together, deepening the aroma and refining the texture. The result is a soft, slightly grainy hash with a rich terpene profile and enhanced flavor complexity. Since cold cure hash has not been pressed like hash rosin, it will leave behind a bit of dark residue in your vaporizer, but it can be cleaned with a Qtip and isopropyl alcohol.
