The patient or caregiver must be home to accept the delivery.
You’ll receive a text notifying you when the delivery driver is heading to you with your order, and another text when the driver is arriving. The agent will arrive in a discreet, unmarked vehicle wearing a lanyard with their WholesomeCo Courier Agent ID tags.
Please meet your driver at the door of your home or building and be ready to present your medical card (physical or digital copy) and government issued photo ID (state ID card / driver's license or a US passport / passport card) for verification.
Your medical card is required to have an expiration date on it. If there is not one on it, our driver will call our team and they can email you the correct medical card with the expiration date on it.
All government issued photo IDs need to be up to date and your driver’s license cannot be expired more than 6 months. If your ID has expired by more than 6 months, we are not allowed to accept it.
We accept Visa and Mastercard PIN debit cards and cash.
We accept all debit Visa and Mastercard PIN debit cards for delivery orders. Just select debit during checkout and your driver will collect payment at your door. You'll be required to enter your debit card PIN. Please ensure funds are available.
Fees & Limits: You may be charged a $1 service fee. If your bank charges out-of-network ATM fees, you may receive an additional charge from them. Please ensure your grand total is lower than your daily ATM withdrawal limit.
Please note, your transaction will appear on your statement as an ATM withdrawal. Any bank fees will not be covered by WholesomeCo. Please check your bank's Debit Card Agreement for more information.
Because our debit processor runs your transaction as a cashless ATM withdrawal, we must round your total to the nearest $10 increment. Your change will automatically be issued to your WholesomeCo account in the form of account credit and be available for use on your next purchase.
Your driver will accept cash at the door. Please have cash ready upon arrival.
For security reasons, our drivers do not carry change. If you can’t pay in exact change, any overpayment will be given to your driver as a tip! We cannot provide account credit for the difference of cash given to the driver.
As of Wednesday April 10th, 2024, we will no longer be accepting Hypur due to their announcement that they’ve been acquired by POSaBit and the info we’ve received that they will not be maintaining the Hyper online payment integration. While we know some patients liked using Hypur, it did not become a popular option overall and we are confident that our new debit solution will provide a reliable and easy to use solution. As always, we will be on the lookout for new payment options and any further updates from POSaBit.
