Join us for a community medical cannabis education session where you can learn about Utah’s Medical Cannabis Program, obtain your medical card, and meet with one of our licensed pharmacists to shop same day. Whether you're new to medical cannabis or just need help with renewal questions, this is your space to explore and get informed.

• How to navigate the EVS system
• Understanding patient eligibility
• The role of Recommending Medical Providers (RMPs)
• What to expect during a consultation
• New or first-time patients are required by law to meet with a PMP

✔️ Education on how Utah’s medical cannabis program works.

✔️ 1-on-1 Q&A with an RMP (medical provider) to ask individualized questions and learn more about accessing medical cannabis.

✔️ A chance to speak with a licensed PMP so you can shop same day.

🎒 Requirements + What to Bring 

• Must be 21 years of age or older to attend the event.
• Patients between the ages of 18 and 21 will be referred to a clinic for CUB application—we will not be able to process CUB applications at an event.
• A valid state ID or U.S. passport will be required (IDs that are more than 6 months expired are not valid)
• A smartphone or device to access the Utah EVS system will be required.

💡 EVS accounts should be updated prior to attending. We’ll walk you through the steps during the educational session if you are not sure where to start. 

💳 Payment & Appointment Details

• $75 standard clinic fee (additional transaction fee may apply)
• $8 state fee (must be paid within 24 hours of completing certification)
• Appointment length: 45–60 minutes total
  • EVS setup/resubmission: 5–20 minutes
  • Clinic intake: 10–20 minutes
  • RMP appointment: ~10 minutes
  • PMP consultation (NEW patients only): 10-15 minutes
    • Potential PMP wait time: 5-10 minutes
