🎒 Requirements + What to Bring
- Must be 21 years of age or older to attend the educational session.
- Patients between the ages of 18 and 21 will be required to present ID at check-in.
- A valid state ID or U.S. passport will be required (IDs that are more than 6 months expired are not valid)
- A smartphone or device to access the Utah EVS system will be required.
💡 EVS accounts should be updated prior to attending. We’ll walk you through the steps during the educational session if you are not sure where to start.
