Understanding UDAF's changes to acceptable forms of ID

Utah Department of Agriculture and Food (UDAF) has made updates to it’s acceptable and invalid/expired ID list. The acceptable ID list has expanded and the rules around expired ID's have changed. Below is the expanded list of acceptable forms of valid IDs and accepted invalid/expired IDs.

To accept an expired or invalid ID you need at least two of any of the following forms:

The two documents should contain (at a minimum) a photo and/or fingerprint and a date of birth. Expired forms on this list can be accepted regardless of how long it has been expired as long as it is presented with one of the other forms above.
