You must be at least 21 years old to use our website
We've published a list of approved and declined debit cards. Please check this list to see if your card will work with our new processor. See approved cards
Due to recent changes within our current debit provider, we expect to see more declined debit transactions than we have in the past. This will primarily affect patients whose debit card is issued by a local bank or credit union.
Hypur is a popular checkout option for cannabis companies, and many of our patients have used it in the past. Our new integration makes submitting payments easier than ever: during checkout, you can sign in and connect your Hypur account. We’ll ask you to verify your Personal Access Code (PAC) when submitting your order, and that’s it!
If you don’t have a Hypur account yet, you can learn more and set one up at https://www.hypur.com/.
We’ve also begun accepting cash payments for delivery. Your driver will collect payment at the door upon delivery. For security reasons, our drivers will not be carrying change. This means you’ll need to pay in exact change or give any overpayment to the driver as a tip. We’ll only collect the amount owed on your receipt from the driver. Anything additional is theirs to keep!
We’ll continue accepting debit payments at the door, but our new solution may not work for everyone. In our testing, Visa and MasterCard debit cards from major banks have been successful, but local banks and credit unions have been declined. If your debit card is issued by a local bank or credit union, we recommend you set up a Hypur account or choose cash at checkout.
Thank you for your patience during this transition. Payments in the cannabis industry are challenging, but we’re doing everything we can to ease the process for our patients.
