All sales are final, returns only accepted for defective products.
Defective or contaminated products: Returns are accepted for defective cartridges and contaminated products only. To return defective or contaminated products, you must have the original packaging with the lot id, batch, or package id number fully legible and your original purchase receipt. Contaminated products must be returned within 7 days of original purchase on receipt.
Exchanges: Due to state requirements, we cannot facilitate an exchange of products. Instead, we will refund the cash amount in full to the returning guest for the exact amount that was paid to wholesomeco on the day of purchase for the defective product. The guest is free to make another purchase at time of refund.
Hardware devices: We do not accept returns for medical hardware devices, rather we recommend you contact the manufacturer directly regarding their warranty policy if the product does not work. We are happy to help you get in touch with the manufacturer of the medical hardware device.
Delivery Orders: If a product that was delivered to you is defective or contaminated, to have that item replaced it will need to be returned to the pharmacy in the original packaging with the lot id, batch, or package id number fully legible.
